Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the development and execution of mine plans

Understand and follow instructions given by more experienced or senior engineers.

Collaborating effectively with technical services teams, Contractors and other key stakeholders.

Ensure all allocated tasks are completed safely and on schedule.

Actively participating in planning and production meetings

Performing regular underground inspections

Assisting in the preparation of the weekly and monthly mining schedules

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, the following is essential:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering with up to 2 years’ experience in an Engineering position.

Pro-active approach and commitment to workplace safety.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
