The Opportunity: 
We are looking for experienced underground Electrician to join a local Tier One mining company to join the Maintenance Team. You will play a key part in the electrical maintenance, inspections, and breakdown support of fixed and mobile underground equipment. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional and safety focused team in a well-established mine. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct routine inspections and electrical maintenance of underground equipment  
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown repairs 
• Maintain compliance with site electrical standards and statutory requirements
• Complete documentation and service records accurately
• Work collaboratively with other trades and mining personnel

 
About you: 

• NSW Electrical License (mandatory) 
• Underground mining experience essential
• EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas) certification highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Experience with underground machinery, conveyors, and substations desireable 
• Valid drivers licence and current Order 43 medical 
• Excellent safety awareness and communication skill
